Coco’s Liberty is a luxurious jewellery brand designed by Swedish born Elina Berget and London born fashion designer Natasha Khushi. Founded in 2014 the brand creates unique handmade pieces of jewellery in their Marylebone, London studio. I love the idea behind the brand that Elina’s interest in jewellery began at a young age when she noticed she was constantly unable to find jewellery she was looking for. In an interview with the designer she spoke about being a young child creating necklaces from flowers then moving onto plastics and eventually creating pieces with precious metals. Having only been running a year the brand is off to an amazing start with pieces featured in magazines such as Elle and Tatler, opening the brand up to new customers.
With 2014 being the year of the woman, Beyonce’s album saw independent females dominate and Coco’s Liberty fully supports this. With pieces such as the ‘Screw You’ and the ‘& what? Necklace, the jewellery oozes sass and attitude.
